Instructions for Use
Step 1: Fold the crease of the paper filter and place the fold inside the filter cone.
Step 2: Place the paper filter inside the V60 dripper, then pour hot water all over the filter to warm up the equipment and remove any small particles in the filter. Place the dripper on the coffee pot.
Step 3: Put the appropriate amount of ground coffee into the filter according to the number of cups you want, gently shake the V60 dripper to evenly distribute the coffee grounds, then place the V60 dripper back on the coffee pot.
Step 4: Pour evenly twice with the amount of water corresponding to the amount of ground coffee, starting slowly from the middle until all the coffee grounds are wet, then wait for about 30 seconds.
Step 5: Divide the hot water into three parts. (The amount of hot water should be 4 times the amount of ground coffee) then pour the hot water in a spiral motion from the center to the edge, avoiding pouring water directly onto the sides of the filter. This brewing process should be done in under 3 minutes, depending on the number of cups you want to brew.
Step 6: The brewing will be complete when all the hot water poured into the coffee has drained into the coffee pot.
